The aim of the bill (Reg. No. 1125) is creating safe conditions for traffic regulations, preserving life and health of citizens, and incresing discipline of road traffic participants.

A number of articles of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, Criminal, Economic and Civil Codes, as well as the laws “On Militia”, “On Road Traffic”, “On Advertising”, “On System of Permisions in the Field of Economic Activity”, “On Automobile Transport”, "On Road Traffic Routes" and "On Court Fee".

Members of the Committee deem that adoption of the bill will allow to improve the mechanism of traffic regulations, to promote more effective application of administrative liability for violation of traffic regulations etc.
